the Royal Oak in Delph

My girlfriend and I have decided, rather than setting a resolution that I'd rather eat my own toe than keep... We are going to try and visit as many real ale pubs from the Good Beer Guide as possible in 2011.

Strangely, it was her idea not mine.
My first one was The Royal Oak in Delph.

Its cosy and has the strangest trough urinals I've ever seen. Made from red tiles no less.

its also stuck in a strange medley of 1980's meets old time ale house chic.
